[QUOTE=WHAT KATY DID,Sep 29 2013, 06:41 AM]fix this one too bro... [dohtml]
was it possible to 'aggressively drink coffee'? if it was then zoe armstrong was definitely doing it. sitting in the sun on one of the many outdoor tables just outside cosmos coffee shop, the sour look on her face was enough to drive anyone from taking the other two chairs sitting at her table, and so her bag was on one and her feet on the other. despite being laid back, flicking through a magazine, she didn't feel laid back at all. she felt cranky. how dare dylan? how dare he? the very idea that her niece's birthday party should be at his place was bad enough (even though the suggestion hadn't come from dylan but zoe's sister odette, it didn't matter, because she liked blaming him), because birthday parties were always done in their dad's place and that was tradition, but the way he'd been all through the party. the way he'd slipped from the room when zoe came close, the way she whispered to odette and then the pair of them looked her way, the way he watched her when she was playing with alfie like she couldn't even look after her own nephew. how dare he? did he even know what he was? replacement david, a place to fill her sister's need for admiration and sex, and nothing more. she hated him for thinking he could be anywhere near what david was. david was funny, and charming, and he ruffled zoe's hair and laughed at her smart-ass comments and called her a 'little witch' like it was a term of endearment. what did dylan do? he looked at her like there was something wrong with her. he ran away at the sight of her. he stammered and lied to her face and acted like he was shocked when he heard odette had told her about the pair of them and their sexcapades. how dare he? and now this? zoe hated that he was coming between her and her sister, david never would have done that, never would have taken all of odette's time like dylan was. and for what? some nasty hook-ups in the physio room at their workplace? yeah, she knew about that too. if it needed to be known then zoe armstrong knew it. and she hated him. hated him more than she had hated anything else. the dislike coursed through her like a venomous snake and she found herself just stopping mid-thought about something else and cursing him, standing in the shower spewing rants she wanted to say to them into the steamy air, venting all these things she couldn't say because it was becoming so very clear to her that her sister didn't care. she didn't care one bit. she'd chosen her little ginger david-replacement and zoe was out because she didn't love him. she didn't accept the whole business like their dad did. she didn't chuckle that odette was 'finally getting some again' like their youngest brother. she dared to say she didn't like it and now she was the pariah. social justice and all that right? she kept aggressively flicking through her magazine, ripping pages every so often because of the force she was exerting, but she didn't care. she just wanted to destroy things. destruction was good for the soul… or so she believed anyway. and since she couldn't break dylan in half and throw him in the atlantic, the magazine seemed like the next best option.
world came tumbling down
