okay so look at the dark pink part in this scrollbar ->
that's what you put in the webkit-scrollbar part. example, you want the pink part in this example to be blue instead, put a color hex code for blue c:and now look at the orange part in the scrollbar. that's the one that you click and drag to read the whole thing, right? right. so that goes in the webkit-scrollbar-thumb part. say, you want the orange thing there to be purple instead, put a purple hex code in the "::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb { background: #F2743A;width: 15px; } bolded part.
